Dismantling and industrial transfer to the United Kingdom

We recently completed a full dismantling, transfer, and reassembly operation of an industrial machine between two sites in the United Kingdom. The operation took five days, mobilizing our teams and appropriate logistical resources.
After carefully unwiring the entire machine, in other words isolating the control cabinet and removing all electrical connections, we were able to separate each element to ensure safe dismantling.
The airflow control devices were calibrated, then we proceeded to dismantle the main assemblies, starting with the chimney piping, which we then laid on the ground to facilitate its handling.
We proceeded from top to bottom, starting with the combustion chamber and its bypass located above it, the platform surrounding it, the tanks and finally the movement.
The entire assembly was loaded using a crane to handle the large components. The transfer to the new site was carried out by road convoy, requiring two trucks to ensure the safe transport of all components.

For the new site, we began the reassembly by installing the movement, located at the base of RTO. This essential element ensures the rotation and precise distribution of airflow through the various components of the machine.
We then proceeded to reposition the towers and the combustion chamber, ensuring the correct reinstallation of critical sub-assemblies. This step guarantees the stability of the installation and prepares the ground for the final assembly.

Once all functional components were positioned, we assembled the stack, followed by the connection of the various piping lines between the different units, including the links to the main duct and the fan. The access platform was then installed to ensure safe maintenance operations at height. The by‑pass was subsequently connected, and the movement protection devices were integrated.
Once these operations are completed, only the commissioning will remain, a step that may take anywhere from one to several days depending on the adjustments and verifications required.
