Our interventions

Before any intervention, our engineers conduct a complete analysis of your installation: measuring emissions (CO, NOx, O₂), checking gas pressure, and verifying safety devices (flame detection, safety valves, leak tester). We provide you with a detailed audit report including our recommendations.
Preventive and corrective maintenance
Regular maintenance of an industrial burner prevents 80% of unplanned breakdowns. We offer annual maintenance contracts and corrective interventions within 24 to 48 hours, depending on the criticality of your installation.
Cleaning and adjusting the burner head
Replacement of ignition electrodes and UV flame detection cells
Checking and replacing gas valves (Dungs, Honeywell)
Gas circuit leak test according to EN 746 standard
Adjusting the air/gas ratio and optimizing combustion efficiency
Replacement and modernization
Is your burner nearing the end of its lifespan or no longer compliant? We provide complete replacement services, including adapting existing piping, electrical connection, and commissioning. We work both in our workshop and directly on your production sites.
Regulatory compliance and safety
All industrial burners are subject to strict regulatory requirements: the ministerial decree of February 2, 1998, ICPE regulations, and the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED). Our interventions systematically incorporate these requirements. Our teams are authorized to work on ICPE-classified sites, petrochemical sites, and industrial environments with high safety constraints.
