Industrial transfer and relocation
From beginning to end
What our industrial transfer service covers
Analysis and preparation
Each transfer begins with a preparatory audit phase: a site visit to both locations (departure and arrival), an analysis of access points, available utilities (gas, electricity, compressed air), and scheduling constraints. We then prepare a detailed intervention plan and coordinate with your maintenance and production teams.
Technical dismantling
Our technicians carry out the dismantling following the manufacturer's instructions and the lockout/tagout procedures for your site:
-
Insulation and degassing of gas and fluid circuits
-
Disconnection of electrical and pneumatic networks with systematic identification of cables and pipes
-
Dismantling of fragile mechanical components (burners, sensors, valves)
-
Protection and securing of sensitive equipment during transport
-
Photographs and documentation at each stage to facilitate reassembly
Transport and logistics
We coordinate transport by using our partner carriers specializing in heavy industrial freight. For international projects, we also handle customs and export formalities.
Reassembly and commissioning
Reassembly is carried out with the same meticulous care as disassembly. We reconfigure the automation, recalibrate the safety systems, and perform a complete commissioning with cold and hot testing. You receive your machine back in its intended working condition, along with the acceptance reports.
Example of implementation: transfer to the United Kingdom
We recently completed the transfer and reassembly of a heat treatment machine between two industrial sites in the UK. The five-day operation included the complete dismantling of the control cabinet, the removal of all electrical and pneumatic connections, the secure mounting of the airflow components, transport between the two sites, and then reassembly and commissioning. The result: a fully operational machine, delivered on time, without damage or incident.
France and international
We operate throughout France and internationally. Our experience in foreign regulatory environments (CE compliance, local standards) allows us to support our clients in their international relocation or expansion projects.
A relocation project?
The sooner you contact us, the better we can prepare for the operation. Please provide us with the specifications of the equipment involved (type, dimensions, weight, fluids used) and your scheduling constraints.
