Burner replacement
The burners are the heart of the furnace. Replacing them is often enough to restore original performance and improve efficiency. We replace your old burners with low-NOx emission models or regenerative burners, adapting the existing piping and automation.
Process piping refurbishment
Leaks, corrosion, inadequate sizing... aging piping systems are a source of inefficiency and safety risks. We carry out isometric surveys of your installation, manufacture the new lines in our workshop, and install them during your maintenance shutdowns.
Modernization of automation and security systems
Outdated automation systems, non-catalog flame detection components, aging operator interfaces... We integrate modern solutions compatible with your existing infrastructures, guaranteeing compliance with the requirements of the Machinery Directive and the EN 746 safety standards.
Regulatory compliance
The ministerial decree of February 2, 1998, and its amendments, impose emission limit values that your ovens must comply with. If your oven no longer passes ICPE inspections, we will carry out the necessary modifications to bring it into compliance, providing you with a complete documentation file.

2. Proposition technique et financière
Nous vous présentons plusieurs scénarios de revamping avec leur coût, leur délai et leur retour sur investissement estimé (économies d'énergie, réduction des maintenances correctives).
3. Fabrication et préparation
La majorité des pièces et sous-ensembles sont préfabriquée dans notre atelier avant le début de l'arrêt technique, pour minimiser la durée d'immobilisation de votre four.
4. Montage, tests et mise en service
Intervention sur site avec nos équipes de tuyauteurs, soudeurs et automaticiens. Tests complets, mise en chauffe progressive, réception en présence de vos équipes. Remise du dossier de fin de travaux.
